The Bubble Bath Boys. Ultimately, it delivers on what it sets out to do, catering to who it’s meant for. The story involves John Cusack, Craig Robinson, and Rob Corddry as friends in their forties who are feeling stuck when they find themselves sent back to 1986 through a hot tub. Essentially, these men—still physically in their forties—get the chance to experience '86 again with the knowledge of what’s to come. What unfolds is a series of wild antics, immature displays, and coarse humor as mid-life crises erupt amid big hair, familiar faces from the 1980s, and teenage struggles. There are numerous laughs, though they lean toward being somewhat childish, and there's at least an attempt to offer some backward-looking insight amidst all the male energy. It’s passable, I suppose. 6/10
