The film largely succeeds thanks to the performances of Timothée Chalamet and Maika Monroe; their on-screen connection feels genuine and their developing relationship is captivating. The plot itself stretches believability, as it's difficult to accept that a teenager could build such a large marijuana business in just a few months. I also questioned what happened with his situation when he had to go back home to live with his mother after the summer break. Even with these narrative shortcomings, the movie proved to be quite entertaining, featuring strong acting from the leads, numerous humorous moments, charming romantic details, and some genuinely frightening sequences. Score: 68% Verdict: Good
