It’s remarkable how inventive this motion picture is, and explaining it without giving away key plot points proves challenging. Clarisse, portrayed effectively by Vicki Krieps, initiates a puzzling situation early on and sets off toward an uncertain location, prompting a significant question: Why? The story then progresses in fragmented pieces—brief segments connected by abrupt transitions that accurately mirror the disordered and unpredictable nature of how we perceive reality. Even with hints provided throughout, the central enigma stays unclear until its resolution. Ultimately, all the elements align to create a satisfying whole. I will say that this film is deeply moving.
