I went into this film not anticipating much, and my concerns weren't misplaced. It’s firmly in that middle ground of enjoyable but not remarkable films—a decent amount of fun without being anything special. The performers do a solid job, as does the director; still, even skilled work can’t entirely overcome an unremarkable storyline. I think it's something you could watch once and be content with.
