The film features Chuck Norris as Danny O'Brien, a police officer whose past adversary, once thought to be a serial killer, seems to have returned and resumed his deadly activities. It’s undeniably corny, and frankly, a minor entry in the Norris filmography. Norris appears unenthusiastic, even embodying a character with a gentler nature than those he typically portrayed during that era. Jack O'Halloran portrays the antagonist as a rather slow-moving figure who isn’t particularly intimidating, and predictably, fans of action movies will find themselves disappointed by the lack of martial arts sequences. The final confrontation is at least competently put together, which prevents the movie from being an utter failure. It receives a rating of 4/10.
