I have mixed feelings about this movie. There are two Herzog turns at the very end; the complex, multi-step version is really impressive to watch. I wonder if fading out during the credits is the right way to handle a character’s exit, or if it's just an outdated trick. I could probably leave a scene more convincingly than this guy does, but he seems like a decent person—certainly has more connections in the military than I do. It seemed like Vivian’s acting coach had some influence on the production. Her introduction and portrayal of someone enslaved by drug lords is captivating. The final scene with her was genuinely affecting. Those Power Ranger mugs are in practically every shot. It seems everyone gets a chance to ham it up. The fight sequence set in the factory is really well done. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers do some cool moves. It's hard to buy into the old man’s participation in that fight, though; he looks incredibly aged and weary at times, but then has moments where he seems fine. I was surprised that no babies were killed off.
