This movie from Thailand presents a portrait of a police officer whose life takes him through experiences as an inmate and then as someone hired to kill, culminating in a gunshot wound to the head that distorts his perception of reality, forcing him to flee from those seeking revenge. While it isn't primarily an action-packed story, it functions as a respectable drama with some action sequences interspersed throughout. I found myself engaged enough by the central figure to appreciate what was unfolding on screen, but ultimately, the pacing feels sluggish and there are moments that feel repetitive. The altered perspective of reality he experiences due to his injury doesn’t amount to much; the concept isn't explored in a meaningful way.
