A truly awful film. The characters appear consistently unhappy, prone to aggression, and unpleasant. The central character, a police officer, comes across as more like a criminal than law enforcement. There isn’t really much of a plot; most of the runtime consists of improbable and senseless action sequences. This is strictly for viewers seeking extended scenes of combat and gunfire without any narrative substance. It's simply a foolish and poorly made production.
