I have to admit, _Haunting on Fraternity Row_ turned out better than I thought it would, though it’s certainly not good. It wasn't something I actively disliked, however. The performances aren’t great, and the production values are low; the camera work is noticeably cheap, and the plot doesn’t feel entirely fresh. The ending didn’t really resonate with me either. That being said, _Haunting on Fraternity Row_ does invest a good amount of time in fleshing out its characters, which I did find worthwhile, and even the strange Horror Hole device was somewhat interesting. _Final rating:★★ - It had elements that I liked, but ultimately it didn’t come together well._
