The movie *Hang ’em High* provides an enjoyable experience. In my view, the initial portion proves considerably more impactful than what follows; it seems to falter somewhat, leading to an ending that’s satisfactory but not quite as remarkable as I'd hoped for, given the strength of those first few minutes. Clint Eastwood delivers a consistently strong performance throughout, and I found his work very pleasing, especially considering the successes he achieved with the Dollars trilogy. Pat Hingle also makes a worthwhile contribution; he and Eastwood have one particularly memorable scene together.
