I don’t understand much about the Hamilton phenomenon since I'm not American, but honestly, everything—the songs, the writing—is great in my opinion. I can’t grasp why there's so much negativity surrounding it. It seems like maybe it was placed into an unsuitable genre, but regardless, I don’t get the low ratings; it’s truly excellent. Yes, I'm a bit late to the party, but who really cares? The singing was incredible! I’ve seen people say that this isn’t for those not from America, which is totally untrue. I live on an entirely different continent and think it’s the best thing I’ve ever experienced—though maybe I just have terrible taste. I don't even believe the acting was bad; I’m puzzled by how strongly some people feel about it.
