A worthwhile viewing experience that I’d happily revisit and suggest to others. The film, titled "Duplex," which translates to “Neighbors,” features Pauly Shore. Although I typically appreciate Pauly Shore’s work, his character in this movie feels somewhat restrained; there's less of his usual persona present. It's an interesting mix because he demonstrates some acting versatility while simultaneously lacking the qualities that made him entertaining for me. He remains enjoyable, but it’s a different kind of enjoyment. I didn’t find the romantic leads particularly amusing either; instead, the narrative focuses on the bizarre situation of having a seemingly pleasant squatter. It's an amusing film, just don't anticipate anything extraordinary.
