A musician is making a comeback performance, though he appears uncertain whether it's advisable. Upon taking his seat to play, he observes unusual red markings within his sheet music. It seems someone is observing him more intently than usual and intends to harm both him and his partner if his playing isn’t up to standard. To be honest, I wasn’t really following the storyline closely—I even fell asleep for a stretch. The narrative itself is simply dull, and we aren't given enough information about the people involved so that you become invested in their fates. This film brought to mind another movie like Phone Booth, which I would much prefer over this one. Ultimately, there’s nothing particularly special about this movie; the performers lack substantial characters to portray, and the plot feels familiar. It's a performance you could easily skip—instead, consider watching Phone Booth with Colin Farrell.
