Clint Eastwood is certainly a capable filmmaker; I’ve watched ten movies he’s directed, including “Play Misty for Me,” which I consider remarkable. However, as with any director, the quality of his films can fluctuate. "Gran Torino" is enjoyable, though it's unlikely to be one I'll watch again frequently. Both Clint Eastwood and Bee Vang deliver strong performances. The character Walt, portrayed by Clint Eastwood, can be difficult to witness due to his prejudices—that’s just my perspective, naturally, so your reaction will depend on your own beliefs. I found the film’s conclusion effective; it provides a fitting resolution for Walt's story arc.
