There were moments when I found myself dozing off during certain sequences, as they recurred frequently and became somewhat monotonous, though this also gave me opportunities to re-engage just in time for the more intense parts, so I could keep watching what the dog was doing. It’s a neat dog. The first time it vocalized, my own dog seemed really invested in what was unfolding on screen. However, by the film's conclusion, she had lost all interest—we were clearly of the same mind.
