I watched this again recently, and my feelings haven’t changed; it just didn't impress me initially, and that remains true. It does have some amusingly silly parts scattered throughout, but like Thirteen Ghosts—also directed by the same person—it presents intriguing concepts that ultimately don’t go anywhere. I also generally dislike supernatural horror because those kinds of movies tend to disregard established logic. **2.5/5**
