Ghost Shark delivers exactly what it sets out to be, providing entertainment through an over-the-top story, intentionally bad performances, and enjoyable supernatural shark attacks. I can’t think of another film that manages to be so entertaining while also being completely senseless, absurd, foolish, and delightful. The movie fully commits to its ridiculousness, perfectly understanding what someone looking for a film called Ghost Shark would desire: a complete lack of sense, pure silliness, and extreme shark violence. It's undeniably bad – the acting is poor, and the special effects are even worse – but that’s part of the appeal! This represents the height of silly Syfy creature features. What could possibly be more frightening than a shark? Perhaps an otherworldly shark capable of striking from any water source—a toilet, sink, or puddle? It's wonderfully crazy!
