This story wasn’t contained to a single timeframe; instead, it expanded and developed, allowing for greater character exploration and depth in the narrative. There was a short return to the past early on, which then transitioned back to the present with unexpected developments. The film draws heavily from Facebook culture among young people, and the filmmakers applied a familiar horror formula. It might resonate with some viewers, especially those who are active on Facebook, but I found it to be an unremarkable movie. The concepts felt recycled; we’ve seen them before in other films, only now they're tied to social media. It’s a German production filmed entirely in English with an English-speaking cast. The acting was adequate, though not consistently impressive. There were noticeable shortcomings, which could be attributed to the film failing to fully realize its potential, even given its extended length.
