I found Frances Ha to be quite effective. Greta Gerwig’s acting stood out; she really drove the movie forward. It struck exactly the right chord between unusual humor and genuinely sad moments. I was laughing and crying throughout, experiencing Frances's story firsthand. The narrative itself proved to be a very enjoyable experience that resolved in a truly fulfilling way. It’s an excellent film about finding yourself and pushing through challenges. Noah Baumbach isn't usually among my preferred directors, but this one definitely resonated with me.
