It’s remarkable what was achieved considering the resources involved, a strong first effort from Mr. Nolan! That said, it shouldn’t be that surprising. It really is an enjoyable film to watch, I can say that with certainty. The musical accompaniment stood out to me; it's quite well done. Jeremy Theobald and Alex Haw both deliver solid performances, though the latter’s work was especially noteworthy—he brought to mind a younger Kevin Durand. As anticipated, this displays several familiar elements from Nolan’s earlier films, most notably the non-linear narrative structure. I found the way the story unfolded quite appealing, the initial idea is captivating and it concludes in a satisfying manner. The length of 70 minutes wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but I would have liked to see the story explored more fully. I still need to view 'Memento', 'Insomnia' and 'The Prestige' to finish watching Christopher Nolan’s films. *Following* is now on my list and I suggest others check it out too. Regarding this director’s movies, I would place this one above (which are still very good) *'Dunkirk'*, *'The Dark Knight Rises'* and, just barely, *'Tenet'*.
