It sets a new standard for silliness. The film assaults you with its volume, unpleasant characters, ridiculous plot elements, and excessive displays of wealth. The production values are the only slightly positive aspect; the action sequences, while extravagant and occasionally inventive, can't save it from being truly terrible. I honestly don’t know who this movie is intended for. It seems hard to believe that people have progressed as far as a species, but here we are. Simply put, it’s brainless—and that about covers it.
