This feels like yet another forgettable movie released straight to video, really because it shares virtually nothing with the film from 1996 beyond repeating the line "You’ve been erased" a few times. The performances are rather stiff; the main actor seems incredibly bland, and the storyline is fairly obvious. The action sequences follow a standard formula – lots of dodging and gunfire in the final confrontation. On the plus side, I thought the special effects involving explosions were decent and didn't depend on noticeably poor computer animation. **2.5/5**
