I thought *Drop* was a really good thriller, and I found myself completely engaged from beginning to end. It reminded me a bit of *Carry-On* from 2024, another movie I liked, though this one is quite different—it’s much more focused on creating an overall feeling. The film definitely kept me guessing. The acting was superb, especially Meghann Fahy and Brandon Sklenar. There's a romantic storyline between them that works well; they have great chemistry together, even with the slightly uncomfortable feel of getting to know someone for the first time. I appreciated how the movie presented its messages—they were visible on screen in a straightforward way without being distracting or overly flashy; the text and visual elements matched the mood the film was trying to create. It manages to build considerable suspense from a fairly simple idea.
