This is likely my least favorite movie from both Mel Brooks and Leslie Nielsen—though I haven’t yet viewed ‘Life Stinks’—and it remains one of those films I struggle to enjoy, but it doesn't warrant all the criticism it receives. It’s still considerably funnier than Lena Dunham's 'Tiny Furniture,' or roughly 70% of the modern American comedies currently being produced.
