It’s worth remembering that if you encounter a pair of slumbering vampires and intend to dispatch them with a stake, prioritize Dracula. This was an enjoyable trip down memory lane for me; I'm surprised to say that at my age, I hadn’t yet seen the Hammer Dracula movies. Christopher Lee is remarkable, conveying a powerful sense of menace and intensity, while Peter Cushing portrays a determined hero focused on eliminating vampires. The other performers were also very good, the sets perfectly capture a Gothic atmosphere, and there's an engaging final sequence as well.
