This movie, like so many others in its category, felt predictable and didn’t offer much originality. It seemed to mash together elements from various successful films, and I couldn't help but think that the writers might have simply watched a bunch of profitable thrillers, then, seemingly without much thought, decided they could easily put something similar on paper. The final product is merely passable. Maybe viewers would be better off experiencing some sort of altered state beforehand.
