It's surprising that the Western featuring Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, and Joel Edgerton turned out to be less enjoyable than the other one I saw recently. _Diablo_ isn’t without its flaws; there's definitely a noticeable lull in the middle section. However, I was completely drawn in by both the initial scene and the final third of the film. The actors playing smaller roles in _Diablo_ generally do a good job. Walton Goggins stood out especially, and even Danny Glover, who often seems unenthusiastic these days, delivered a solid performance. Sadly, Scott Eastwood’s portrayal of the main character was really quite bad. It was that performance which stopped me from giving _Diablo_ a positive rating. _Final rating:★★½ - There were many elements I liked, but ultimately it didn't fully succeed._
