Rodriguez’s reimagining of the spaghetti western proved to be quite good and entertaining, and it was instrumental in establishing his career while also giving Antonio Banderas a significant opportunity for success in America. While I appreciate his contributions to the Sin City movies, especially the initial installment, that earlier set of three films remains very important to me as a film enthusiast. My efforts to understand traditional Westerns have actually made it easier for me to enjoy these newer versions coming out now.
