His existence is shattered when Ajax, a malevolent scientist played by Ed Skrein, inflicts torture, disfigurement, and transformation upon him, turning him into Deadpool. Aided by mutant companions Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), he employs his newfound capabilities to pursue the individual responsible for devastating his life.
