This is a wild, disturbing romantic thriller with strong performances from Rose Perez and Javier Bardem. The pacing does drop off somewhat in the final section before it picks back up for the ending. There are definitely some very awkward moments to experience, but despite that, it remains quite captivating. I watched the complete, unedited edition, clocking in at 130 minutes. **4.0/5**
