The initial concept showed promise, but the film suffered from a sluggish tempo, particularly during its opening third, and I ended up feeling let down by how the story played out. It seemed odd to suddenly shift into such intense melodrama near the very end. It was amusing to notice Reilly’s character residing in apartment number 13.
