It feels very much of its time, hailing from the nineties, and I appreciate Mark Dacascos’s presence in it. If you can imagine what a film starring a reluctant assassin with a mystical tattoo who falls for the person he's meant to eliminate might be like—and if that sounds appealing—then this is precisely that kind of movie. In that case, it’s worth checking out. However, if your preference leans toward well-crafted narratives following a standard three-act format and featuring relatable characters, you may want to skip it. _Final rating:★★½ - Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole._
