It’s remarkable that this installment ranks as the second best in the series. 'Christmas in Evergreen: Bells Are Ringing' manages to surpass the other follow-ups, which is genuinely noteworthy. A key factor contributing to its success is the consistent cast; rather than introducing a new romance with unfamiliar characters, it develops a storyline from an earlier film by giving Rukiya Bernard a central role. Bernard’s performance as Hannah is dependable, and her prominence adds some appeal that has been lacking in previous entries. I was pleased to see Antonio Cayonne return as Elliot, as I enjoyed his character previously. However, their narrative itself isn't particularly exciting. Jerry Wasserman (as Jeb) is a decent addition; the writing for his character is fairly standard, but the intent behind it seemed clear enough. That’s all I’ve watched so far—I expect they will produce another one next year.
