My mom has been moved to tears by several shows and movies, including *Prison Break*, *The Whale*, and now *Christmas Angel*. *Christmas Angel* is a holiday film that manages to be genuinely touching. I found it enjoyable, even acknowledging the predictable hallmarks of made-for-TV productions—the occasional amateurish quality and typical Christmas movie tropes. However, I would place this one above most films created by similar filmmakers. Kari Hawker and K.C. Clyde give acceptable performances, but Bruce Davison is clearly the best; his presence elevates the entire film. It's hard to fault a story that delivers such an uplifting message.
