I’ve always been drawn to the _Chucky_ movies, and even when they haven't all been perfect, Don Mancini and his team have consistently delivered something entertaining. Even _Cult of Chucky_, which had its problems, was still enjoyable for someone who has followed the series from the beginning. However, nothing that came after quite reaches the level of the very first film. That initial _Child’s Play_ introduced not only a memorable character but stands as a classic in its own right. The moment when Chucky speaks for the first time and you hear Brad Douriff's voice... I must have watched it twenty times, and each time it still takes my breath away. It genuinely leaves me grinning from ear to ear. _Final rating:★★★½ - I really liked it. I would definitely suggest checking it out._
