The film lands squarely in the realm of unremarkable, presenting a remarkably softened depiction of mental health challenges, neurological differences, and depression. The characters, seemingly with imperfections, appear to spend their time engaged in straightforward and accepting conversations about what they’re going through. There's a lack of depth or complexity to be found in any of them; everyone is agreeable except for the predictable father-and-son pair who are obviously terrible people. At least it progresses logically and isn't unpleasant to view. Whether or not you should bother watching probably depends on whether the title makes you uncomfortable. I really ought to have expected this.
