This movie wasn’t a very engaging comedy. It’s largely unremarkable and easy to dismiss. Niven takes on the role of Bond, and while the narrative attempts humor, I didn't find it amusing; it felt either too understated or simply not clever enough. I had difficulty understanding what was going on with the plot, so I’ll just describe it as perplexing. The final big scene is unexpected. Even so, a rating of 3/10 means it’s three times better than the dramatic 007 film, *Casino Royale*.
