The movie starts with an extremely violent scene, and I’m really hoping it leads to some genuine scares alongside all the gore. It's essentially a splatter film filled with messy, graphic depictions—a lot of enjoyable chaos presented within a wicked pumpkin theme. Ultimately, the film delivered exactly the kind of horror my tastes demand. I think this deserves to be watched every Halloween season; it’s just good, bloody entertainment, done in that signature pumpkin aesthetic.
