It’s baffling that Carnosaur has such a poor rating; I wonder if many viewers went in anticipating quality? The very title should prepare you for what to expect: "Carnosaur." It will have dreadful special effects, the story will be even worse than those effects, and the performances won't measure up to the plot. That’s exactly how it is! Not even a young person would likely consider it well-crafted. However, the appeal of films like this isn't necessarily about enjoying them while watching. It's more about having fun making jokes about it with your friends. I will say, at least, it established a connection between a T-Rex and a chicken—likely without input from a real scientist. Otherwise, it’s just silly, over-the-top entertainment perfect for mocking.
