GV Prakash Kumar's music is engaging, and the background score blends seamlessly with the screenplay. The "Captain Miller" song and its placement provide a satisfying burst of energy. The film's length, at 160 minutes, does feel extended; tighter editing could have amplified its impact. However, the brief appearances by other actors are a definite highlight, leading to a gratifying conclusion. Dhanush embodies a tough character opposing the British and performs admirably. John Kokken really needs to brush up on his acting skills; his presence proved quite disruptive and irritating. Dhanush’s three years of dedication are certainly worth experiencing, as this feels like just the initial chapter of something the British couldn't have anticipated.
