It was enjoyable to finally see *Bound*. I’d been meaning to check it out for years, ever since I was a kid watching Jennifer Tilly in the *Chucky* movies and hearing about this film occasionally. It really does entertain! I was aware there was a romantic element, and it certainly doesn't disappoint, although I thought it would be more of an ongoing theme—it’s mostly at the start. That makes sense when you think about it. Tilly and Gina Gershon have fantastic chemistry together; they’re both great. Like with something I mentioned earlier, I was also a bit taken aback by how much Gershon seems to vanish from the screen; she's right next door! It fits the narrative, but I imagined she would be present throughout. Joe Pantoliano is in a supporting role alongside other good performers. It’s worth seeing, especially considering it's The Wachowskis' first time directing.
