I initially approached this film with reservations. The prospect of spending almost two hours focused on the Fox Network didn’t particularly appeal to me, and I noticed considerable unfavorable discussion surrounding it. As someone who appreciates seeing powerful men face consequences for sexual harassment—something I've welcomed—I wasn't eager to view what felt like a biased attack. After looking into the true events, it appeared to center on two older, affluent white men whose positions were secure, and I questioned how unjust it could be if their wealthy, conservative employer dismissed them. Despite my doubts, I found it quite enjoyable. It seems one of the central figures is fictional, a composite representing numerous women who experienced sexual abuse and either departed Fox or were removed in other ways. I appreciated the husband’s unwavering support for his well-known wife, and I was amused by the lengths the lesbian character went to in order to maintain her anonymity. Because I don't anticipate these films to be strictly factual, minor alterations and creative license don’t concern me. If you hold conservative beliefs and are a dedicated Fox News viewer who dislikes seeing criticism of it, this might not be for you. However, for everyone else interested in glimpsing the inner workings of a portion of the Me Too movement, this film offers that perspective.
