I’ve watched this movie quite a few times across the years, and it's not one of those films that will have you roaring with laughter, but it remains consistently amusing from beginning to end, thanks to the excellent acting throughout. While their scenes together were largely confined to the final half-hour, Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy both delivered strong performances, as did Denholm Elliott and Jamie Lee Curtis (who was stunning). I also enjoyed Ralph Bellamy and Don Ameche in their roles as the arrogant and awful antagonists. **4.0/5**
