A dangerous terrorist group is scheming to launch an assault on the United States, unaware that they are being watched. As they finalize their initial plan, a shadowy individual enters their headquarters and eliminates them. This person turns out to be a Vampire (Michael Bailey Smith), but he’s not ordinary—he works for a secret government agency headed by Sam (Lance Henriksen), dedicated to safeguarding the nation from serious dangers. Simultaneously, Rip (Brennan Elliott), an officer operating outside proper channels, is aware of the Vampire's presence and determined to eliminate him, regardless of the cost to his marriage, career, or mental well-being. Following several brutal clashes with the Vampire, Rip is severely injured, but like a persistent police officer, he refuses to surrender. The Vampire tries to talk to Rip and persuade him that they share common goals, but Rip remains unconvinced. At the same time, Bob (Brad Dourif), a globally recognized terrorist, is traveling to the US to carry out the attack. He’s accompanied by a diverse group of terrorists (Marty Klebba, Joey Naber, Anthony Batarse, Herzl Tobey and Assaf Cohen) who are set on destroying the city. Upon learning this, the Vampire must persuade Rip to collaborate and prevent Bob from setting off a devastating nuclear weapon in the heart of the city. Overall, it's a B-grade movie about Hitman Vampire... truly awesome! I’d happily watch it a million times before ever watching Twilight.
