Seeing all three Blade films back-to-back really puts them in a different light. The initial installment came out before the massive success of the Marvel movies; the second had some elements reminiscent of Reaper, which was enjoyable, but Trinity stands out as the strongest entry overall—though it does suffer from writing issues that even Wesley Snipes has acknowledged. It would be beneficial to dial back the Deadpool-like aspects and instead emphasize Wesley’s character being a formidable force, avoiding those distracting subplots. Exploring Whistler's background and Hannibal King's story could work well, but the primary focus should remain on Blade, as he possesses the potential to drive the entire narrative, something that arguably wasn't fully realized from the beginning.
