It’s true what folks were saying—this film about Black­Berry is surprisingly decent. Glenn Howerton delivers a consistently amusing portrayal of a character with some serious issues. Jay Baruchel handles the role of the confused and somewhat hapless figure very effectively. Even the seemingly dimwitted supporting character, who turns out to be more perceptive than people realize, manages to do well. It's an undemanding and enjoyable film to watch without much thought required. As it turns out, the business thrives initially before facing difficulties.
