A truly excellent film, one I’d happily revisit and suggest to others. Describing this movie proves difficult; it's remarkably unconventional and revitalizing in numerous ways. The basic concept of a home invasion alone could lead to a decent film—it’s even become its own category. Layering in the element of wanting to seduce a babysitter elevates it, making it stand out. What follows is surprising, wonderful, and unlike anything else I've seen. Levi Miller, Ed Oxenbould, and particularly Olivia DeJonge all deliver strong performances. It’s an impressive psychological horror film that explores various facets of existence and what people want. Definitely worth your time.
