The film begins with a woman receiving her former family home from her mother, who has passed away; soon after, she discovers that an imaginary friend from her youth seems to be residing within the walls. What follows is a succession of scenes that don't manage to generate much suspense, strung together without any real development of the plot. Eventually, the narrative moves toward its conclusion, which struck me as peculiar—a strange combination of unsettling, melancholy, and absurd.
