It’s difficult to express just how deeply I feel about this film. Even if every word ever spoken could be assembled, they still wouldn't come close to conveying my affection for it. The sheer volume of language available couldn't possibly capture the depth of what I experience when watching it. It means everything to me; my love surpasses even that. Beautiful Boy portrays a deeply moving and authentic account of a father’s efforts to support his son struggling with addiction. Primarily, though not solely, narrated through David Sheff’s point of view, the film illustrates how substance abuse can devastate families and depicts David's personal journey navigating this challenge. Be prepared to shed tears; it provokes contemplation and stands out as one of the finest films I have encountered—a must-see for everyone.
