I had watched this movie when I was younger, but didn’t enjoy it then because of one character who bothered me. It had been quite some time since my last viewing, and my recollection of the story was hazy, so I decided to watch it again recently to jog my memory and see if my feelings about it were different now. Sadly, I still don't care for this film and wasn’t particularly struck by it. The pacing felt slow at times, which made it feel dull, and I continued to dislike that same character. She has dementia, as is often the case with older characters in stories, but what really stood out was how she knew details about what alien robots consume. A bit more humor would have improved the movie, because there wasn’t much present; it felt like something was missing. It's not a bad film, but it just feels lacking and could have been executed better.
